Faith Mission Reopening Plan
Safety & Procedures (Falkland Youth Group)

Outlined below is a detailed description of the steps we will take to make our summer program a safe environment for youth to have fun this summer.

If you or your child are experiencing any symptoms of cold, flu, or COVID-19 such as coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, fever, or fatigue, please DO NOT bring your child to our summer program.

- Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle. A staff member will come to your

window to sign in your child and direct them to their station.

- The temperature of your child will be taken upon arrival, if a fever is detected [temperature above 37.6°C(99.7°F)] they will not be able to participate.

- Hands will be sanitized upon arrival

- Parents are welcome to watch the program from their vehicles

- Games will be competitive, but completed at individual stations set up 6 ft

- Each station will be set up and sanitized prior to arrival and will already hold

everything the individual needs to participate in the program

- Youth will be able to complete the entirety of the program from their station

area. There will be no need to be close to any other participant or staff

Pick Up:

- Please remain in your vehicle when picking up your child

- Each child will be signed out and directed back to their vehicle

- Hands will be sanitized before leaving

Each week, youth will get a take-home box filled with a variety of items including activities to do at home, snacks, and crafts. These boxes will be filled over 24 hours before they are given out.
