• The Faith Mission has a minimum number of 20 with a minimum fee of $2000 for the 2 night weekend rental ($3000 for a 3 night rental).

• IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Certificate of Insurance: The Faith Mission requires that you present a copy of a 'Certificate of Insurance' with your rental agreement. This may be obtained from your insurance company, guaranteeing coverage of your group or event during your stay at the Faith Mission Bible Camp & retreat centre.
• Retreat Centre Rates: Please note, rental rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Alcohol: Please note that the Faith Mission Bible Camp and Retreat Centre has a 'no alcohol' policy in place for all groups renting our facility.
• Smoking: No smoking permitted on the grounds or in any buildings.
• Pets: No pets allowed
• Pool cleaning fee: In case of accident of fecal matter in the pool, your group will be charged an additional $200 for pool closure and cleaning.
• Deposit Required: To secure your reservation a booking fee of $600.00 is required along with a completed rental agreement. Cheque is payable to the Faith Mission. Failure to comply could result in losing your desired dates and reservation. Balance to be paid on arrival or before the group leaves the Centre. Reservation deemed tentative until this rental agreement is mailed back with your $600.00 deposit.
• Please note our cancellation policy: 50% of your booking fee (300.00) will be reimbursed if and when you cancel ONE MONTH prior to your original agreement; failure to do so will result in losing your full deposit of $600.00. Please be advised that individuals who are part of your final numbers and back out of your event within the final two week period running up to your event are still responsible for the FULL PAYMENT of their rental fees.
• As the group leader you are responsible to be the 'go between' between Faith Mission and your group. Please read the following three statements. By checking the boxes you are agreeing to follow through on what you have agreed to do.

• I agree to make sure that each person in my group is aware of the camp rules and expectations. This must be done prior to arriving at the camp. The rules and expectations can be found on our website.*

• I agree to report all damages and breakages of property caused by my group to Faith Mission property. I understand that it is our responsibility to reimburse the Faith Mission. *

• Please note: The Faith Mission staff are required to share with your group, a brief history and explanation of the Faith Mission. This has to be done in order to keep up our charitable status. This will be done at one of the first meal times, and will be arranged with you.
